- Maintain meticulous client communication records and follow-ups within the CRM system to ensure continuity and excellent service.
- Business Development and Growth
- Support business development initiatives and actively contribute to the company's growth targets.
- Identify new opportunities within the existing client base and prospective markets.
- Experience: Mandatory 2-4 years of experience in client relationship management, sales support, or business development.
- Education: Mandatory Postgraduate degree (MBA).
- Qualities: Must be confident, proactive, and client-focused with a positive attitude
