SMFG India Credit - Assistant Vice President - Treasury

Role & Responsibilities:

- To liaison with all banks and financial institutions (for all existing and new proposals).

- To prepare CMA and other proposal related details.

- To generate saleable pool as per pool criteria.

- To coordinate with legal and treasury operation departments and ensure completion of all loan agreements, security documents and other documents in connection with proposals.

- To ensure actual payouts to investors and collection of service charges on a timely manner.

- To coordinate with business, collection and finance team for pool analysis, NPA management.

- To coordinate with rating agencies during annual surveillance and data sharing.

- To prepare daily and monthly securitization MIS/ deck.

- Liaising with rating agencies, legal firms.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 - 7 Years Treasury and MIS.

- Must have worked in the treasury department of NBFC for more than 5 years with specific experience in Direct Assignment / Securitization.

- Should have good market understanding and regulatory knowledge.

- Should have dealt with various financial institutions, banks and mutual funds.

- Should be expert in MS Excel, power point presentation.

Qualification Required - CA / MBA finance.
