SME/Trainer - Finance & Accounting Process Domain

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Corporate Trainer with strong expertise in finance transformation and business process training. The candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs on Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), ERP systems, and Advanced Excel for internal teams and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject matter expertise, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to conduct impactful workshops and learning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver end-to-end training programs on: Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), ERP Processes & Applications, and Advanced Excel.

- Conduct subject matter workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and capability-building programs.

- Design training content, presentations, SOPs, case studies, and assessment materials.

- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for employees and clients.

- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance evaluations.

- Collaborate with business teams to identify skill gaps and training requirements.

- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across finance and consulting functions.

- Ensure training materials are updated as per industry practices and process changes.

- Drive learner engagement through interactive and practical training methodologies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.

- Hands-on knowledge of P2P, R2R, and O2C cycles.

- Experience working on ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.

- Advanced Excel proficiency including: 1. Pivot Tables, 2. VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, 3. Power Query, 4. Dashboards & MIS Reporting.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical business learning.

- Strong facilitation and workshop management capabilities.

Qualification:

- CA / MBA.

- Additional certifications in Training/Learning & Development will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience : Experience in corporate training, finance transformation, shared services, or consulting environment.

CTC : 15 - 17 LPA.

Qualification : CA / MBA Full Time.

Location : Dehradun.
