
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leading the Real Estate growth for the region including new site selection & Due Diligence for the Building, successful commercial negotiation, and overall portfolio management
- Proficient in negotiating and closing out legal agreements (LOI, lease, addendum) with landlords
- Strong with interpersonal skills to arrive new site selections to closure in conjunction with IPC partners, legal, operations team & other stakeholders.
- Become familiar with all building leases and building rules and regulations with a proficiency to review and resolve conflicts.
- Follow up with landlords in a timely manner on resolution of complaints, status of leads & tenant service requests and miscellaneous tenant requirements
- Coordinate completion of tenant improvements required in leases and lease amendments
- Responsible for lease abstraction, administration and storage of all lease-related documents and input key information
- Contributing to and overseeing analytics work, particularly market research, investment committee presentations, etc
Skills & Qualification Required:
- Extensive work experience in RE, CRE and CRE brokerage, acquisitions and transaction management.
- Strong capabilities in financial modeling and market research
- Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Teamwork, cooperation, and ability to take direction
- Reliable, focused, multitasker and detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and time management skills
- Desire to work within a diverse, collaborative and driven professional environment
