Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Manager Finance & Accounts to drive financial excellence and ensure seamless statutory compliance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience and a proven track record in managing end-to-end accounting, budgeting, project costing, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.

- Manage project-based financials and costing specific to design and build projects.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.

- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.

- Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and consultants for audits and financial reviews.

- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Support management in financial decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting.

- Implement financial controls and process improvements for efficiency and compliance.

- Liaise with project and procurement teams for cost tracking, vendor payments, and contract settlements.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy in all deliverables.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 812 years of relevant experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
