Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives in both B2B and B2G segments. The role involves leading sales activities, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the organization's expansion in the education technology sector.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in B2B and B2G markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, institutions, and government bodies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Lead and guide the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Required Skillsets:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or strategic planning in B2B / B2G segments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
