Role Overview:-
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solutions Consulting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in BPO/ITeS as an Operations Manager, with extensive experience in handling client projects for telemarketing. This role requires a deep understanding of sales planning, sales operations management, team performance management, reporting, analytics, and achieving target results for end-clients. As a Solutions Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to implement and optimize our sales CRM platform, ensuring it meets their business needs and drives their success.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Client Consultation:- Engage with clients to understand their business processes, sales strategies, and CRM requirements. Provide expert advice on leveraging our CRM platform to achieve their sales goals.
- Solution Design and Implementation:- Work with clients to design customized CRM solutions that align with their sales processes. Oversee the implementation of these solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
- Sales Operations Management:- Utilize your expertise in sales operations to help clients optimize their sales workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance team performance.
- Performance Management:- Guide clients in setting performance metrics, monitoring team performance, and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Reporting and Analytics:- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and analytics to clients, providing insights into their sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Project Management:- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Training and Support:- Provide training sessions and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they are proficient in using our CRM platform and can maximize its benefits.
- Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all CRM-related matters.
- Continuous Improvement:- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in CRM technology. Proactively suggest improvements to our platform and consulting practices.
Qualifications:-
- Educational Background:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BPO/ITeS as an Operations Manager, with a focus on telemarketing and client project management.
- Sales Expertise:- Proven experience in sales planning, sales operations management, and achieving target results.
- Analytical Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret and apply data effectively.
- Technical Proficiency:- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools. Experience with [specific CRM platform] is a plus.
- Communication Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
