Responsibilities - - Manage tasks following agile practices - Swift discoveries and deliveries - Should manage project timelines and ensure they are maintained - Sound product judgment and ability to align product strategy with business goals - Work with risk team to strategize, prioritize and freeze requirements - Work with tech team to manage, track and ensure completion of projects - Work with internal product team to coordinate on cross functional projects - Work with external vendors to ensure backend integrations and data pipes (E.g., credit bureau data, any other back end external data source) - Ability to analyze data independently and derive actionable insights - Strategize trade-offs among customer experience, tech constraints, and business drivers - Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure priorities and roadmap for the team are accurate Expected Qualifications (Must haves) - Prior experience in B2B Product management role - Strong project management skills following agile practices - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in data analysis using SQL/ Tableau - Should have 3+ years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications (Good to have) - MBA/Undergraduate from a top university/school - Experience in lending related fintech would be a plus - Prior exposure to risk management would be good - Start-up experience can be good to have
