Hiring & Execution

- Own end- to- end recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

- Deliver hiring across Tech, Product, Data Science, Risk, Credit, Analytics, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Corporate roles.

- Manage lateral, leadership, niche, and critical hires in fast- paced environments.

- Drive time- to- hire, cost- to- hire, and quality- of- hire metrics.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Founders, CXOs, VPs, and Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and define hiring strategies.

- Act as a trusted advisor on market insights, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility.

- Drive structured interview processes and feedback discipline.

Sourcing & Talent Branding

- Build strong pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, communities, fintech networks, and ATS.

- Enhance employer branding through candidate experience, storytelling, and market presence.

- Identify and attract passive talent from fintechs, NBFCs, startups, banks, and tech companies.

Process, Data & Governance

- Own and optimize recruitment processes, SLAs, and hiring governance.

- Maintain accurate hiring data, dashboards, and reports.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, background checks, and internal hiring policies.

- Collaborate with HR Ops, Finance, and Leadership for smooth closures and onboarding.

Team & Vendor Management

- Mentor and guide junior recruiters (if Required).

- Man- age and evaluate external vendors, consultants, and recruitment partners when required.

Skills & Competencies

Must- Have

- Strong experience in fintech, NBFC, lending, startup, or high- growth internet companies.

- Expertise in tech & non- tech hiring.

- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.

- Hands- on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

- Data- driven mindset with ability to manage hiring metrics.

Good- to- Have

- Exposure to bulk hiring, leadership hiring, and niche roles.

- Understanding of fintech regulations, credit & risk roles, and product- led - organizations.

- Experience in scaling teams from early to growth stage.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.

- 5- 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.

- Prior experience as Senior Recruiter / Lead / Associate Manager preferred.
