Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager Cooling to lead HVAC project sales across assigned regions. This role requires strong domain expertise, deep industry relationships, and the ability to manage complex, high-value B2B sales cycles from opportunity identification to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive regional sales targets for Smart Joules cooling and HVAC solutions

- Identify, pursue, and close large HVAC project opportunities across commercial and industrial segments

- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, facility heads, developers, OEMs, and key decision-makers

- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and closures

- Develop customized, value-driven solutions by deeply understanding customer challenges and requirements

- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and regional business opportunities

- Build long-term client partnerships to drive repeat and referral business

Candidate Profile:

- 5-10 years of hardcore HVAC Project Sales experience (mandatory)

- Prior experience in HVAC contracting firms is essential

- Strong regional network across consultants, facility managers, OEMs, and real estate stakeholders

- Proven track record of closing large, complex B2B deals

- Strong techno-commercial understanding of HVAC and cooling systems

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to thrive in fast-growing, high-accountability environments
