Job Summary: - We are looking for a Techno-Functional Product Owner with extensive experience in CluePoints RBQM (Risk-Based Quality Management) to lead and optimize RBQM capabilities across clinical operations. - This role requires a combination of product ownership, technical understanding, and functional domain expertise to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the Product Owner for the CluePoints RBQM platform, managing the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Data Management, Quality Assurance, and IT to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions. - Drive the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of CluePoints RBQM features to improve clinical data oversight and risk management. - Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. - Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignment. - Provide subject matter expertise in risk-based monitoring, central statistical monitoring, and clinical trial data analytics. - Monitor and evaluate RBQM metrics and reports to support continuous process improvement. - Support system validation, UAT, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Conduct product demos, training, and support for end users. Required Skills: - 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CluePoints RBQM platform. - Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, RBQM methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements (ICH E6 R2, GCP, etc. - Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in clinical data or risk management tools. - Technical background with experience in data integrations, API usage, and data visualization tools. - Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
