- We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong domain knowledge in Pharmacovigilance and hands-on experience in the RxLogix platform. - The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, define product features, and support the implementation and enhancement of RxLogix safety solutions. - Serve as the Product Owner for RxLogix solutions, owning the product roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization. - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to safety analytics, signal detection, and case processing. - Work with global stakeholders including Drug Safety, Regulatory Affairs, IT, and Data teams to ensure alignment of business goals. - Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria. - Collaborate with RxLogix technical teams for configuration, integration, and enhancement of platform functionalities. - Participate in UAT, validation, and change control processes to ensure quality and compliance. - Support ongoing product enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting in collaboration with vendor support teams. - Stay up to date with pharmacovigilance regulations (e. , ICH E2E, FDA, EMA guidelines) to ensure compliance in system design. Required Skills: - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the life sciences or healthcare domain, with at least 3+ years working on RxLogix tools (PV Signal, PV Central, Analytics Suite, etc. - Deep understanding of pharmacovigilance workflows, safety systems, and regulatory requirements. - Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation. - Prior experience in an Agile/Scrum environment with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
