
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with more than 4 years of strong experience in the renewable energy industry.
- The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives to expand our footprint in solar, wind and energy storage domains, identify new business channels and support go-to-market plans for clean energy projects and digital energy solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the solar, wind, BESS sector in India and Globally
- Deep exposure to understanding RFPs and creating techno-commercial proposals with estimations especially in the energy and renewables domain tailored to clients' requirements
- Administer lead generation activities, maintaining lead data, and conducting customer outreach to pitch products, provide demos, and secure conversions
- Fostering end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure and payment collection, ensuring seamless customer experiences
- SCADA/ PPC/ EMS/ BESS/ Analytics Software knowledge is a must
- Sales Process Know-how: From lead generation and product demos to proposal finalization and deal closure, with a focus on consultative and strategic selling
- Analyzing market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and enhance product positioning
- Implementing innovative sales tactics, exploring new business avenues and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
- Providing in-depth technical demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the advanced features and benefits of the software and hardware solutions
- Conducting regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive threats, enabling proactive adjustments to the sales and marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Candidate Profile:
