About The Role:

- We are looking for a Product Manager 2 to join our Publisher team and help build the future of investing in India.

- The Publisher Team owns and drives product strategy across multiple critical pillars in the smallcase ecosystem for both B2B and B2C products, such as:

- Publisher Platform: A robust platform empowering licensed professionals to productize their research and scale their practice.

- It automates operational heavy liftingfrom investor communication and reporting to fee collectionwhile enabling distributors to offer these as transparent investment products.

- Ecosystem Payments: A custom checkout solution which takes care of payment workflows across the smallcase ecosystem, spanning subscriptions, mutual funds and credit offerings.

- Wealth Office: An exciting new offering that provides comprehensive AI-enabled net worth tracking and management solutions to our users.

- This role offers a unique diversity of challenges, allowing you to work on upcoming products in their 0-1 journey while simultaneously scaling established platforms from 1-10 to 10-1000 (& more).

What Youll Be Doing:

- Own the product roadmap and strategy, aligning vision directly with the leadership team.

- Develop original, first-principles solutions to complex challenges.

- Conduct primary user research to inform product direction and build great products.

- Drive end-to-end execution, translating detailed product specifications into high-quality features.

- Manage multiple simultaneous projects and drive prioritization across cross-functional teams.

- Deep-dive into user data and business metrics for continuous flow optimization.

What We Look For In You:

- 2-4 years of demonstrated product management experience, with expertise in the full product development lifecycle, including sprint patterns, specifications document creation and implementation.

- Strong product sensibility, coupled with an excellent understanding of Information Architecture, UI/UX, and Interaction Design.

- Proven ability to leverage data & analytical skills to derive actionable insights and incorporate those into product design decisions.

- Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills for coordinating with internal & external teams and aligning with leadership.

- Prior experience in building scalable platform/marketplace products.

- Experience in embedding AI models into product flows or agentic workflows is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Strong understanding of financial & stock market terms is preferred, but not mandatory.
