SM/AVP - Regulatory Governance & Compliance

Job Title: Regulatory Governance and Compliance

Location: Bangalore

Years of Experience: 6+

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and collate KPIs/metrics across report in-bound data, manual adjustments, production issues, JIRAs, and action items

- Build production dashboards and governance decks for senior leadership

- Liaise with report owners to enhance and standardize KPI collection processes

- Support the Head of Regulatory Compliance on tracking regulatory observations (Fed, US regulators)

- Partner with Reg Reporting QA and Lines of Defense to ensure compliance expectations are met

- Contribute to policy development aligned with LFI/CCAR frameworks

- Enhance documentation for key policies (Risk-Based, Accountability, Materiality, Change Management)

- Collaborate with Audit, Legal, Risk, Data Governance, Treasury, and IT

- Oversee end-to-end issue tracking and report to governance forums

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in dashboarding, metrics, and governance reporting

- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple priorities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; Tableau expertise preferred

- Demonstrated success in governance program implementation
