Job Description: Project Head - Corporate Interiors (Design & Build)
About the Role
We are a Design & Build company specializing in corporate interior projects and are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead and manage end-to-end execution of corporate interior projects. The role requires strong leadership, execution expertise, and the ability to handle multiple projects across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of corporate interior Design & Build projects.
- Manage multiple projects across locations and ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.
- Handle project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and site execution activities.
- Lead and manage project teams, site engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards at project sites.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase.
- Travel to project sites as required to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in execution of corporate interior projects.
- Strong experience in Design & Build (D&B) projects is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale corporate interior projects.
- Excellent team-handling and leadership skills.
- Open to frequent travel across project locations.

- Sound knowledge of materials, vendors, and site execution processes.
