About the Role
We are a leading Design & Build company - SLS Designs India Pvt Ltd. specializing in corporate interior projects. We are looking for an experienced Design Head to lead our design function, manage teams, and deliver high- quality, end- to- end design solutions for corporate interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the complete design function for corporate interior projects.
- Handle end- to- end design delivery for Design & Build (D&B) clients, from concept to execution support.
- Collaborate closely with sales, project management, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and guide the design team, ensuring quality, timelines, and design intent are
met.
- Participate in client presentations, design discussions, and value engineering when required.
- Ensure adherence to client briefs, budgets, timelines, and company design standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and best practices in corporate interiors.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate interior design.
- Strong experience in corporate interiors projects is mandatory.
- Prior experience handling Design & Build (D&B) projects is highly preferred.
- Proven team- handling and leadership experience.
- Strong design sensibility with practical execution knowledge.
