
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the Group President and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and organizing key meetings, reviews, and business discussions.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and business summaries for leadership decision-making.
Business Analysis & Revenue Planning:
- Support revenue planning activities by analyzing business performance, market trends, and financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for business reviews.
- Assist in preparing annual/quarterly business plans, performance metrics, and forecasting documentation.
Project Management:
- Drive key strategic projects assigned by the Group President, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Communication & Documentation:
- Draft business presentations, discussion notes, proposals, and executive communication.
- Prepare concise and structured minutes of meetings with clear actions and follow-ups.
- Ensure all project and business documentation is up to date.
Research & Strategic Initiatives:
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business studies to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Assist in identifying new opportunities, improvements, and growth areas.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of ownership, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong presentation and documentation abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with senior leadership or in business strategy, consulting, or project management
- Exposure to corporate planning or executive support functions
