An ideal candidate is someone who has an eye for detail, solid understanding of Total Rewards offerings, ability to work with stakeholders across length and breadth of organization and excellent communication skills. The role would require execution excellence in program delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget. - Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc. - Designs and develops compensation policies. - Analyses different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness. - Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for different roles) - Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting partners. - Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs) - Develops and manages C&B Analytics - Manage benefits design and administration. - Take up challenging assignments of new country set up based on organization needs. - Prepare solutions for people takeover (M&A or Employee Rebadging), on need basis if a deal requires it Good to have experiences : - Experience of handling C&B aspects of M&A or employee rebadging - Experience of handling C&B for any other country outside India (mainly US/UK or setting up a location in Europe/Americas/APAC) Qualifications : - Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist. - Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management - Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems - Previous experience of market benchmarking - Knowledge of current employment regulations and laws - Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits - Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Excel - Strong quantitative and analytical skill - Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience range: Total 2-6 years of HR experience. At least 2 years of C&B experience is a must.
