SLK Group - Investment Analyst - Family Office

About the Role:

We are seeking a high-caliber Investment Analyst to join our Family Office investment team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of capital markets, and the ability to work across multiple asset classes with a focus on public equities and fixed income.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on portfolio management, manager evaluation, and investment research supporting long-term wealth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct investment research and due diligence across asset classes (equity, fixed income, alternatives).

- Liaise with fund houses, PMS, AIFs, and asset managers for performance tracking and product analysis.

- Support in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and monitoring as per the Family Office's Investment Policy Charter.

- Prepare investment memos, financial models, and market updates for the CIO and Investment Committee.

- Maintain databases, dashboards, and regular reports on portfolio performance and risks.

- Coordinate with finance and operations teams for compliance, reporting, and audit requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 2-5 years in investment research, fund evaluation, or portfolio management.

- Qualification: CFA Charterholder; MBA / Master's in Finance or Economics preferred.

- Strong understanding of public equity and fixed income instruments; familiarity with AIFs/PMS

- Analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and strong presentation skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in a lean, high-performing team.

- Integrity, confidentiality, and a long-term orientation are essential.
