Roles & Responsibilities : - Brand Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard high-potential beauty and personal care brands. - Commercials & Partnerships: Negotiate brand terms that align with business objectives and mutual growth. - Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive performance through pricing, bundling, promotions, and cross-selling initiatives. - Marketing Monetization: Collaborate with brands to sell Slikk's marketing solutions (push campaigns, influencer tie-ups, etc.). - Relationship Management: Build long-term brand relationships and become a strategic growth partner. - Analytics & Reporting: Analyze category and brand performance; surface insights and drive action. - Execution Ownership: Own the operational flow-from tracking campaign delivery to sales performance updates. Good to Have : - 1-3 years of experience in account management, e-commerce, beauty, brand partnerships, or growth roles - Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills - Analytical mindset with working knowledge of Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and performance metrics - Highly organized, execution-driven, and adaptable in fast-paced environments - Strong communicator with a flair for relationship building - Startup experience or exposure to high-growth environments is a plus - candidates who understand beauty consumers intuitively are encouraged to apply
