We are looking for an experienced financial controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and direct the preparation of financial forecasts and report variances - Manage the preparation of regulatory reporting and - Research technical accounting issues for compliance - Support month-end and year-end close process - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings - Lead, manage and develop financial activities to deliver high quality accounting services and achieve business goals - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Work on debt structuring - Work on NBFC financial and compliance related projects Requirements: - Proven working experience as a Financial controller - 4 - 8 years of overall experience - CA is mandatory and CA rank holder is preferred - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Excellent administration skills
