As an Analyst at slice, you will turn data into decisions.

You will work with teams across Growth, Credit, Product, and Leadership to uncover insights, solve real business problems, and drive strategy.

What you will do:

- Own the full analytics spectrum: Think from first principles, build clear visualizations, diagnose trends, and provide prescriptive recommendations.

- Drive impact at scale: Take full ownership of complex problems that shape key org KPIs and influence strategic direction.

- Partner with leaders: Work side by side with functional leaders across Growth, Retention, Product, Strategy, Engineering, Marketing, Fraud, and Ops.

- Tell stories that drive action: Turn complex data into simple, actionable stories that power big decisions.

What you will need:

- Hustle and heart: You have the drive to build data-driven solutions that touch millions of lives.

- 1-3 years of experience solving complex business problems.

- AI-native mindset: Comfortable using tools like Cursor, Claude, or CoPilots to boost your speed.

- Fluent in data: Python and Advanced SQL are your second languages, with comfort in PySpark, R, or Excel.
