Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead finance and accounting functions

2. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

3. Collaborate with teams to provide financial insights

4. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements

5. Mentor and lead the finance team

What we're looking for:

- Qualified CA

- 6-8 years of relevant experience

- Strong background in D2C, e-commerce, or mattress brands

- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
