SLAY COFFEE - Manager- Quality Opportunity: You will work on solving specific quality concerns and introducing new SOPs and processes. Your Boss: You will work directly with the Product, Quality and Training Lead. Your Team: You will collaborate with cross functional teams from operations to product development and external teams (vendors, partners, customers) depending on the nature of the project. Key Result Areas: - Ensuring to simplify the processes and maintaining the right ways to properly store and use products. - To ensure audits happen at regular intervals and taking in to account the action taken and compliance records. - Coordinating with the Machine vendors to ensure the best care is taken in the PMCs and record and confirm the service visit. - Keeping records of the QA and COA for all the ingredients along with the nutritional value. - Vendor Quality Compliance- Manufacturing, storage & Quality. - Weekly audits of the locations to ensure the quality maintenance is proper. - Ensuring daily audits to be done through the team and ensuring the observations are documented and followed up on. - To ensure the Food safety and security measures are followed. - SOP Concerns handling Your role requires knowledge and demonstrable experience of: 1) Prior experience of Quality process management in a QSR/F&B industry. 2) Experience of working in a franchise environment (client/brand side) is preferred. 3) Strong leadership skills. 4) Ability to design and drive programs independently. 5) Excellent collaboration skills and fearless.
