EIR-Finance- Role &amp; Responsibilities: You will work closely with the Founders in managing all aspects of Finance and Accounting. Key responsibilities include: - Overall accountability for day to day functioning of the Finance and Accounts team including Corporate Finance, Accounts functions. Taxation, Audit etc. - Running an efficient Accounting Ops function including management of account receivable, payable, inventory &amp; fixed assets - Manage quarterly &amp; annual business budgeting process along with monthly variance analysis reporting, clearly outlining key assumptions - Financial planning and analysis with updates to management on financial and non-financial KPIs - Preparing and presenting monthly financial statements, analytics and MIS reports for the Board, Management and the investor reporting - Assist in fund-raise and help manage the transaction process end-to-end including but not limited to due diligence, structuring, legal documentation, approvals - through liaising with internal teams, investors and external advisors - Manage Taxation &amp; compliances related work (GST, Income Tax etc.) - To drive internal and statutory audit programs. Coordinate with Auditors; clarify queries as needed. - Coordination of all ROC and Companies Act related work in liaison with company secretary - Coordination on secretarial work - Board Resolution, Minutes, legal documents, rent agreements, property tax, and company information from ROC etc. - Developing and implementation of suitable internal control systems in the Company - Oversee the payroll process and constantly review procedures while eliminating inefficiencies. - Ensure compliance with all statutory Matters, including Income tax, GST, PF ESIC. - Work with rest of the key functions (SupplyChain, Operations, Marketing etc.) to coordinate and resolve the dependencies - Recruit, nurture and develop the talent in the F&amp;A team - Build a service-oriented and efficient F&amp;A team that helps the business scale SKILLS REQUIRED: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of experience in leading finance &amp; accounting function - Great communication skills, action and results oriented - Experience working with growth stage startups is preferred - Business acumen with an ability to manage internal and external stakeholders - Ability to build and lead teams and build great peer relationships with rest of the mid &amp; senior management Why Work for SLAY? - Flexible hours and remote work options - Excellent medical coverage - Accelerated career development opportunities - Competitive compensation based on experience - Coffee on the house - Support causes that matter to you If you like what you read, we would love to sit down and talk to you over a cup of SLAY Coffee :)
