EIR-Finance- Role &amp; Responsibilities: You will work closely with the Founders in managing all aspects of Finance and Accounting. Key responsibilities include: - Overall accountability for day to day functioning of the Finance and Accounts team including Corporate Finance, Accounts functions. Taxation, Audit etc. - Running an efficient Accounting Ops function including management of account receivable, payable, inventory &amp; fixed assets - Manage quarterly &amp; annual business budgeting process along with monthly variance analysis reporting, clearly outlining key assumptions - Financial planning and analysis with updates to management on financial and non-financial KPIs - Preparing and presenting monthly financial statements, analytics and MIS reports for the Board, Management and the investor reporting - Assist in fund-raise and help manage the transaction process end-to-end including but not limited to due diligence, structuring, legal documentation, approvals - through liaising with internal teams, investors and external advisors - Manage Taxation &amp; compliances related work (GST, Income Tax etc.) - To drive internal and statutory audit programs.
