- Organization Design & Career Framework
- Define the org structure across Product, Operations, and Business.
- Create career paths, leveling frameworks, and growth ladders for each function.
- Build job descriptions, skill matrices, and promotion policies.
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Partner with function heads to plan hiring pipelines and source top talent.
- Streamline onboarding, induction, and role-specific training.
- Drive employer branding and university relations for future talent.
- Culture & Engagement
- Shape Skylarks values, rituals, and internal communication rhythms.
- Design engagement programs hack weeks, recognition systems, and team offsites.
- Foster inclusion, collaboration, and psychological safety.
- Performance & People Development
- Implement OKR-based performance reviews and feedback systems.
- Build 1:1 frameworks and conflict resolution mechanisms.
- Coach managers to lead with empathy and accountability.
- Learning & Leadership Development
- Establish a Learning Academy for field, tech, and management tracks.
- Run mentorship and rotational programs to build internal leaders.
- Identify high-potential employees for leadership succession.
- Compliance, Payroll & HR Operations
- Oversee HRIS, payroll, contracts, and statutory compliance (FTEs, interns, contractors).
- Benchmark compensation across tech and operations roles.
- Build equitable pay structures aligned to performance.
