Key Responsibilities:

- Manage on-site execution for interior fit-outs-supervising multiple trades (civil, MEP, carpentry, painting, flooring) in hospitality (lobbies, guest rooms), educational (classrooms, labs), and institutional (conference halls, administrative offices) environments.

- Translate approved design drawings into actionable site plans; hold daily briefing sessions with site supervisors and subcontractor leads to assign tasks, set targets, and track progress.

- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards-coordinate with Quality Engineer to implement inspection checklists (e.g., tolerance checks for millwork joints in hotel furniture, leveled floor finishes in school corridors).

- Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and equipment deployment; optimize site logistics to eliminate bottlenecks-e.g., staggering trades in confined hotel spaces, staging prefabricated units offsite for institutional installations.

- Liaise with Procurement Officer to confirm material arrivals, verify quality upon delivery, and manage storage to prevent damage (especially for high-end hospitality finishes or sensitive educational lab furniture).

- Conduct weekly progress meetings with clients (hotel F&B managers, school principals, institutional facility chiefs) to share status updates, address site issues, and secure timely approvals for design changes.

- Issue site instructions and variation orders in coordination with QS and Project Head; track cost implications and seek client sign-offs.

- Ensure compliance with SKV's HSE protocols-coordinate with Safety Officer to facilitate site safety inductions, toolbox talks, and audits, particularly critical in active educational campuses and operational hotels.

- Maintain accurate site records-daily logs, attendance registers, material consumption sheets, and incident reports. Prepare periodic MIS reports summarizing KPIs (productivity, rework rates, safety incidents).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design (with significant site exposure), or Architecture. NICMAR qualification preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum 10-15 years of project execution experience, with at least three completed interior fit-out projects each in hospitality (- 5 Cr+), education, and institutional categories.

- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional site teams of 50+ personnel and multiple subcontractors.
