About the Role: As Chief of Staff, you will be leading high-impact business initiatives at Skuad and working directly with Founder Sundeep Sahi. Sundeep has over 20 years in the industry with executive roles in product, analytics, and technology across startups and enterprises. Sundeep co-founded Indifi, worked at Microsoft, and headed Wynk products to mention a few. He holds 3 patents in Distributed Applications and is adept at building and managing large distributed teams spanned across North America, Europe, India, and Australia. This role will help you in accelerated growth and gain a deep understanding of how business, product, and technology functions work together to create a high-growth organization. You will be expected to work with different functions and manage critical organizational initiatives. Eventually, this role shall help you take a leadership role in the business function of your interest. Expectations from potential candidates. Business first thinking: The job is not about executing a set of activities. It is about meeting the desired business outcome. The individual should be able to create a project plan and ensure critical jobs are always on track. Raise the alarm before it's already delayed. Consumer Delight: Customers come first and that is it. All our actions should ensure that we are placing customer delight at centre of every decision-making framework. Product Thinking: While we will always solve the problem first with the existing resources, it should always also have a long-term product & process solution so that we solve it for the good as well. Bias for Action: This is all about a proactive mindset which prioritises action while analysis, solutions and decision making go in parallel. Consensus Building & Collaboration: The role involves working with senior cross-functional leaders and teams. It is imperative to ensure that all points of view are fully understood before moving forward. Who should apply? - Preferably MBA candidates with at least 2 years of experience in digital-first business - Experience in B2B Product companies would be preferred. - You should have the Product & Data first thinking. Ideally a Product Role, Business Role, and Data Insights role. - You should be comfortable with Excel, Figma, Notion, and other such applications. - We are also open for pre-MBA candidates who have 2+ years of experience in consulting or product management. - You will be expected to work from our Gurgaon office.
