Team Member- General Ledger Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role): - This position stands for handling general ledger, month closing, group reporting, statutory audit and ensuring due diligence for all processes. - Ensuring timely report of all MIS and audit deliverables. Authority: - Prepare and review working for various reporting / accounting - Reporting, compliances for Accounts dept. as per company guidelines Skills Required: - Knowledge of MS office (SAP knowledge is desired) - Knowledge of IFRS & Ind-AS - Communication Skills - Conflict Management Key Responsibilities &Tasks: 1. Monthly Closing of books and Group reporting - VWITS & Ducati 2. IFRS/IGAAP Limited review audits, Statutory & Group audit - VWITS & Ducati 3. Coordination with Controlling team , Treasury and other departments for open topics and data requirement during audits. 4. Quarterly Reconciliation of IGAAP and IFRS books in SAP. 5. Monthly GL reconciliation and PL/BS variance analysis 6. ISO Process , SOPs, Process control and improvement. 7. IFRS 9 (loss allowance) & IFRS 16 (Leases) working 8. Support in Tax Audit & Physical verification of Fixed Assets 9. Good communication, internal & external customer satisfaction Qualification: CA Exp - 3-5years Location - Pune
