Develop customized OD plans to address challenges and improve overall effectiveness. Responsible for planning and implementing cutting edge OD initiatives . Be responsible for culture initiatives and psychometric assessments Authority: - Ensuring related parties adhere to standardized decision rules for hiring within assessment centers. - Define and customize content, structure & criteria for need based assessment center. - Define and introduce OD & culture intiatives Skills Required: Critical, Technical & Behavioral Skills (As required for the role) - Knowledge of assessment centre process and behavioral competencies - Strong & committed to maintain high standards of integrity - Persuasive and assertive, cognitive & analytical skills - Moderation skills - Interviewing skills - Communication & interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities &Tasks: Assessment Centre - Strategic Planning & Execution of half yearly Assessment centre calendar for SAVWIPL & Global - Developing Assessors (Observer Training) for BLQ, GLQ, RAC, AC Meister , ACL, and SDM & SDL - Developing role-players and imparting role player training for ACL & AC Meister, Management RAC & SDM - Execute assessment centre while ensuring process standardization - Drive for continuous improvement of process & quality improvement - Monitoring and ensuring the fulfillment of BLQ GLQ pre-selections - Data analysis for Assessmnet Centre Assessment Centre for Meister - Ensuring fulfillment of Assessment centre Meister (Group Leaders-SAVWIPL) - Moderate and execute Assessment Centre for Leadership (SAVWIPL) - Develop customized OD plans to address challenges and improve overall effectiveness. - Conducted surveys and interviews to gather employee feedback, leading to the implementation of targeted interventions. - Assist in the design and execution of change management initiatives - Collaborated with leadership to design and implement organizational development strategies aligned with company goals. - Conducted thorough needs assessments and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth. Cost optimization - Execute assessment centers as per budget allocated - Take initiatives for budget adherence, ensure reduction in expenses ISO Documentation & Audit - Responsible for EnMS training for the Employees of the VW Group Entities. - Department representative (AQMC) for EnMS. - Ensure the fulfilment of EMS/EnMS requirement across the department - Responsible for Preparation & Readiness of the Internal & External Audit at department level Stakeholder Management : - Work with headquarters on regular basis and keep abreast with changing group rules
