Qualification: B.E / Graduate (MBA preferred).

The Head of After Sales is responsible for shaping and leading a high-performing, future-ready After Sales ecosystem across India, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, exceptional service quality, and long-term customer loyalty.

The role safeguards Porsche brand integrity by driving consistent compliance with global standards for dealer infrastructure, processes, and people capability, while continuously strengthening network profitability, operational excellence, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities &Tasks:

- Manage and control After Sales budgets (including goodwill).

- Set the strategic direction for Porsche India After Sales to deliver profitable growth and premium quality standards.

- Represent the Indian After Sales perspective within Porsche Middle East and SAVWIPL, ensuring regional alignment and local market advocacy.

- Set PAN-India and dealer-wise After Sales strategy and performance targets.

- Lead strategically critical projects across the Porsche dealer network.

- Oversee the continuous development and optimization of EV infrastructure, manpower, and processes across Porsche India and the dealer network.

- Approve and govern dealer requirements for workshop tooling, service facilities, and manpower certification.

- Oversee customer complaint management to ensure timely resolution in full compliance with defined processes.
