Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager Sales to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, strengthening client relationships, managing the sales team, and providing insights on market trends. This is a pivotal role that demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in field sales and distribution management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, hospitals, and other stakeholders.

- Oversee and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience in sales and client relationship management.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a sales team.

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical distribution is preferred.

- Bachelors or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.

- Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required.
