Job Title: Project Manager - US Business

Location: Bangalore, 5-day WFO (Monday to Friday)

Shift Hours: 4:30 pm - 1:30 am IST

About The Role

Lead high-touch, complex client engagements, ensuring all accounts transition smoothly from onboarding to full-scale activation while meeting performance targets.

This is a highly visible role driving delivery excellence for US clients in collections and financial services.

What Youll Do

- Run customized demos, solutioning questionnaires, and document client constraints during the Solutioning stage.

- Drive kickoff calls, confirm objectives, and finalize rollout plans during Onboarding.

- Conduct daily/weekly client reviews, track SLAs, and identify performance gaps during Activation.

- Lead quarterly business reviews, create growth roadmaps, and spot upsell opportunities during Expansion.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with data, ops, and client teams to ensure seamless execution.

What Were Looking For

- 4-6 years of SaaS/CPaaS project management experience in collections or financial services.

- Familiarity with collections tech stack, CRM systems, and campaign tools.

- Strong stakeholder management, escalation handling, and negotiation skills.

- PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.

- Solid understanding of FDCPA, CFPB, and US data privacy regulations.

- Comfortable working in US business hours.
