Job Role: Business Development Expert (International Markets)

To achieve its mission, the Company designs and executes labor market relevant, high quality vocational and professional training and education, based on Swiss training methodologies.

The Company's services span the whole range from quality workforce skilling for companies to deep social impact interventions based on community need (CSR projects).

The Company provides end-to-end skills development solutions, from the planning and designing to the implementation stage, including recruitment, training, certification and placement, as well as comprehensive management of training institutions.

Role Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (International Markets) to spearhead our business development efforts across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

This role involves identifying strategic projects and partnerships, especially in the manufacturing and skilling sectors, and advancing SkillSonics' international footprint.

Employment Type:

- Full-time (India: Bengaluru / Kolkata)

- Part-time or remote (Europe) Criteria Of the Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a management graduate or equivalent, have prior experience in business development in international markets (with specific focus on Western Europe, Middle-East and Africa), a technical background (engineering diploma / degree).

German language proficiency will be an advantage.

Reporting Manager: CEO

Key Responsibilities:

- Research to identify and develop commercially viable projects, impact funding opportunities, education and training collaborations with a focus on Europe, Africa and the Middle East (main areas: engineering sector, workforce transformation for Industry 4.0, migration of skilled workforce).

- Facilitate and drive international business development initiatives.

- Build and maintain relationships with the manufacturing and skilling sectors, national and international governmental organizations in education, training and skills development, charitable foundations, trade bodies and placement organizations

- Represent Skillsonics at global forums, client meetings and industry events and coordinate cross-functional teams for implementation of training programs.
