Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager Finance to lead our 15- member finance team. The role will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring effective management of Finance, Banking, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Taxation, Audit, Statutory Compliances, Invoicing, Fund Flow, MIS, and Budgeting. The ideal candidate should be a CA with 7-8 years of experience in managing corporate finance.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Financial Management & Strategy:


- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.


- Ensure financial planning, risk management, and cost control measures.


2. Banking & Fund Flow Management:


- Manage banking relationships and optimize fund flow.


- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.


3. Accounts Receivable & Payable (AR & AP):


- Oversee credit control and timely collection of receivables.


- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and service providers.


4. Taxation & Statutory Compliances:


- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.


- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.


5. Audit & Internal Controls:


- Ensure smooth execution of internal, statutory, and tax audits.


- Implement and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks.


6. Invoicing & Financial Reporting:


- Oversee accurate and timely invoicing processes.


- Prepare and present financial reports, MIS reports, and dashboards.


7. Budgeting & Cost Control:


- Drive annual budgeting processes and variance analysis.


- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.


8. Leadership & Team Management:


- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.


- Foster a culture of financial discipline, compliance, and continuous improvement.


Key Requirements:


- Qualification: CA


- Experience: 7-8 years of experience in corporate finance, with leadership exposure.


- Skills: Strong expertise in financial planning, taxation, compliance, and banking.


- Technology: Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and Excel.


- Industry Exposure: Preferably from service industry.


- Competencies: Leadership, analytical mindset, problem-solving, and decision making abilities.
