You will spend most of your time on: - Design and implement customer lifecycle journeys across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience - Excellent analytical skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets - Conduct primary and secondary research to identify customer needs and preferences. - Create product roadmaps, PRD, and user stories - Monitor product performance and analyzed data to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the product meets the needs of all stakeholders - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
