Then you could be our next Process Analyst- Purchase to Pay (P2P) - Assist in executing the full accounts payable cycle from receipt of invoices to payment, including creating and receiving invoices, correcting errors and applying holds, and posting and resolving invoices inquiries Your day-to-day work/ Key Responsibilities - Responsible for posting invoices and maintaining all accounts payable records - Assist in analyzing expense reports and works with vendors to resolve invoice issues - Organize day-to-day transactional and administrative support concerning ongoing validation and processing - Generate payment files and ensures all proposed payments are prepared correctly and in a timely manner; Performs A/P to GL reconciliation - Perform month-end reconciliation between the general ledger and accounts payable. Assist with month-end reporting activities along with year-end compliance and financial audit - Handle special billing situations and audits ledgers ensuring all billings contain correct information.
