
Purpose of the role:
In this role, you will provide analytics and intelligence across all Supply Chain Management domains, including Procurement, Logistics, and Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Decision Support: Translates complex supply chain data into clear, actionable insights that enable informed strategic and operational decisions.
- Performance Visibility: Develops and maintains analytical dashboards and reports that provide transparency into key supply chain performance metrics and trends.
- Problem Identification & Root Cause Analysis: Proactively identifies areas of inefficiency, waste, or risk within the supply chain and helps determine underlying causes.
- Opportunity Identification: Uncovers opportunities for cost reduction, service improvement, inventory optimization, and process enhancement.
- Business Partnering: Acts as a trusted analytical partner to specific supply chain functions, helping them understand their performance and leverage data for improvement
- Access, clean, and analyze large datasets originating from various supply chain systems (e.g., ERP, planning systems, logistics platforms, procurement tools).
- Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting supply chain performance (e.g., forecast accuracy issues, delivery delays, inventory discrepancies).
- Stay updated on industry best practices in supply chain analytics and data visualization.
- Building data models to optimize the supply chain network
- Creating, analyzing and building scenarios for complex sourcing initiatives
- Running ad-hoc analysis within any of the domains
- Building and maintaining business intelligence reports (Power BI)
- Support Procurement category teams in using Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO) for large and complex sourcing projects (bid analysis, monthly rate reviews, scenario building, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and a business mindset
- Excellent Excel skills, and a plus with skills in using other tools to crunch data
- Experience from Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power automate, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of SQL
- Experience from Coupa Sourcing Optimization or similar tool to run complex sourcing initiatives is a plus
- Experience from Coupa Network Optimization is a plus
- Ability to translate data to the business and to communicate this in a good way
- Experience or strong interest to explore new technologies to utilize data connected to business
- Project management skills, ability to lead/drive and support change initiatives and challenge existing ways of working
- Result-oriented team player with strong ability to follow-up progress
Competencies:
- Data Analysis: Strong ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large, complex datasets.
- Data Visualization & Reporting: Expert proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) for creating intuitive dashboards and reports.
- Statistical Analysis (Basic to Intermediate): Understanding of statistical concepts for trend analysis, forecasting, and correlation.
- Spreadsheet Modeling: Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and concepts relevant to their assigned area (e.g., Planning: S&OP, forecasting, inventory management; Procurement: sourcing, supplier performance; Logistics: transportation, warehousing).
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data findings clearly to business stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-10+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, preferably within a supply chain or manufacturing environment with experience in Coupa Sourcing Optimization
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Education: BE - Computer Science / IT, OR MBA in SCM Can look for other graduation field with MBA
