- To establish and monitor product parameters and forecasts to ensure accurate recommended buys (Supply Orders) utilizing SKF DOH-DRP and SO99+ systems for assigned products. - To meet or exceed aggressive service levels, availability expectations and inventory optimization targets by successfully executing inventory replenishment orders and processes for assigned suppliers and product lines. - To analyze data and processes using tools such as Cognos, Power BI, Service Now etc. and recommend optimal solutions to drive improvement to the overall replenishment process and business results. - To analyze, evaluate, report and act upon product replenishment requirements and warnings to maintain the appropriate flow of goods. - To proactively address supply and demand chain issues to enable open communications and quick resolutions between Suppliers, Manufacturing Units, Sales, Customer Service and the Logistic Services team. - To drive S&OE process with India for various business units. - To develop and prepare ad hoc reports to analyse and demonstrate progress of processes and projects as required. - To provide recommendations for product rationalization to improve mix, turns and inventory as a percent to sales. - To develop and monitor product exit plans to reduce unproductive inventory. - To monitor supplier Key Performance indicators and relationships and suggest process improvements that provide vision for the future and enhance the company's position within Demand Chain initiatives and company goals. - To implement and execute VMI for top Distributors in Industrial Market. - To lead, cross-functional team activities to resolve product or process issues, develop planning and replenishment improvements, establish new product introductions, effect cost reduction initiatives and monitor product exit plans. This should include involvement in Six Sigma projects at Process Owner/Belt level. - To coordinate activities, represent group at meetings or lead special projects, when assigned the role of the Planning Manager. - To follow management instructions and procedures; to report Environment Health and Safety (EHS) risks and EHS related incidents; to follow quality specifications, requirements and identify quality risks and opportunities for improvement
