Responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing and production coordination, including sample development, costing, production follow-up, and vendor management. The role requires strong planning and execution skills to effectively manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and ensure timely delivery. It involves regular collaboration with global stakeholders, demanding excellent communication and presentation skills. Frequent travel to vendor locations is essential to monitor production, resolve issues, and build strong supplier relationships while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery objectives are achieved.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage capacity planning, production scheduling, and supplier lead-time optimization to ensure efficient production flow.

- Drive end-to-end production planning and execution for apparel and accessories from order placement through final delivery.

- Monitor production progress using TNA (Time & Action Calendar), production trackers, and other planning tools to ensure milestone adherence.

- Evaluate and manage supplier performance, ensuring achievement of agreed KPIs related to quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.

- Ensure on-time production and shipment by proactively identifying and resolving potential delays.

- Collaborate closely with suppliers, factories, merchandising, PPC, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Identify, onboard, develop, and expand the supplier base while ensuring vendor compliance with company standards and requirements.

- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, dashboards, and documentation through internal systems and production management tools.

- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.

- Travel frequently to supplier and factory locations for production follow-up, issue resolution, capacity assessment, and relationship management.

- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.

- Experience with Flex PLM, SAP, or similar ERP/PLM systems will be preferred.

- B.E.Textile / B.F.Tech / NIFT preferred / Other

Experience : 4-5 years

Competencies:

- Excellent communication, Decision making and team handling skills.

- Technical Skills Required: Technical know-how of apparel manufacturing processes, strong knowledge of fabric quality / textile, analytical aptitude, must be well versed with presenting production reports.
