Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid marketing across marketplaces & quick commerce
- Plan & optimize budgets across all platforms
- Run SP/SB/SD, PLA & QC ads with continuous optimization
- Improve ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR & sales velocity
- Conduct A/B testing & improve listings
- Identify growth opportunities through data insights
- Collaborate with brand, category, creative & sales teams
- Build weekly/monthly performance dashboards & growth plans
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa Ads
- Experience with D2C brands or marketplace-focused performance roles
- Strong analytical skills & ownership mindset
- On-site availability in Hyderabad
