What You'll Do:

- Lead Program Delivery: Take full ownership of large-scale PaaS implementation programs for BFSI clients, from initial planning to successful launch and operational handover.

- Be the Client's Champion: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring transparent, proactive communication and building strong, lasting relationships.

- Ensure Compliance & Quality: Guarantee all aspects of the program adhere to strict BFSI regulatory, security, and data protection standards.

- Coordinate Cross-Functional Excellence: Guide and align our internal teams-including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations-to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience.

- Manage Performance & Risk: Proactively monitor program health, track key metrics, manage - budgets, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

- Drive Change: Effectively manage and communicate scope changes, assessing impact and securing approvals to maintain program integrity.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 7 10 years of experience in program or project management, with a minimum of 3 years focused on delivering technology solutions to BFSI clients.

- Domain Knowledge: A deep understanding of SaaS/PaaS delivery models, enterprise systems integration, and the regulatory frameworks governing the BFSI sector.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
