Manager - Learning & Development
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Enablement Manager.
The role is to manage, create, edit, publish and enhance our digital learning platforms and content.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), web development (HTML/CSS), content management, and video editing.
This role is essential to ensuring high-quality, engaging, and accessible learning experiences for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is up-to-date, user access is well managed, and technical issues are resolved promptly, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly learning experience
- Develop, update, and maintain web pages using HTML and CSS to support learning and development initiatives.
- Create, edit, and publish digital learning content, including documents, graphics, presentations, and other multimedia assets.
- Perform basic to intermediate video editing tasks such as trimming, subtitling, compressing, and formatting for various platforms.
- Ensure all content is optimized for web performance and accessibility.
- Test and troubleshoot LMS content for functionality and user access
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Troubleshoot content issues and provide technical support to users as needed.
- Stay updated on trends and technologies in eLearning, web development, and multimedia content.
- Generate basic reports from the LMS to track user progress and course engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience 4-7 Years.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Northpass, 360learning, Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS, or similar).
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for building and maintaining web content.
- Experience with content authoring and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, or similar).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in web and learning content
