Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused POC Success Lead to own and execute end-to-end delivery of proof-of-concept (POC) engagements with prospective and strategic customers.
This role is critical in demonstrating the value of our product through tailored use cases, working in close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate has strong technical acumen, project management experience, and a consultative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of POCs across target customer accounts, ensuring technical and business objectives are met.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Solutioning team to define success criteria, scope, and timeline for each POC engagement.
- Deliver insights and readouts to key stakeholders and executives.
- Partner with process data analysts to explore product configurations and gain insights tailored to client-specific data and workflows.
- Support resolution of any technical or non-technical topics during the POC process and provide guidance on prioritization and workarounds.
- Own communication and stakeholder management, providing status updates and aligning expectations with customers and internal teams.
- Track success metrics and capture feedback to inform improvements in the POC framework and product roadmap.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets (e.g., POC playbooks, success templates, technical documentation).
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them evaluate the solution fit and accelerate their decision-making process.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of total experience, with 3+ years experience in team leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions delivery or product consulting.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering POCs or pilot projects in a B2B environment.
- Strong techno-functional background and the ability to understand complex enterprise software platforms.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing, and cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with B2B platforms, process intelligence tools.
- Masters in Business Administration, Computer Science or Data Science.
- Domain knowledge in fintech, insurance, healthcare.
