About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and analytical PMO professional to support the international growth and expansion initiatives of a renowned restaurant brand. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects, ensure timely execution, and facilitate successful market entry into new geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project management of international expansion initiatives.
- Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Support market assessment, feasibility studies, and business case development for new countries and territories.
- Track project progress and prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, and executive reviews.
- Facilitate governance meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize business impact.
- Support franchise development and partner onboarding processes where applicable.
- Drive process improvements and establish project management best practices across expansion projects.
- Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with organizational goals and timelines.
