Description: As a Site Leader in Talent Acquisition Delivery , you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment delivery operations, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of client hiring strategies. This leadership role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and people management skills to deliver top-tier recruitment solutions that align with client and organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery process for assigned clients or business units.


- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.


- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, team performance management, and data-driven decision-making.


- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery against SLAs and quality metrics.


- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring demands and allocate resources effectively.


- Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development support to the recruitment delivery team.


- Monitor recruitment metrics and performance dashboards to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives.


- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices in all recruitment processes.


Experience Required:


- 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Management, with proven success in leading recruitment delivery operations.


- Hands-on experience managing high-volume or large-scale recruitment across multiple functions or domains.


- Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and talent analytics.


- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment data dashboards.


- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.


Skills Required:


- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.


- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.


- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.


- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for informed decision-making.


- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment analytics tools.
