Job Description:
- Provide end-to-end leadership and accountability for all site operations, encompassing Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other support functions.
- Hold full P&L ownership, including operational budget management, capital expenditure planning, and execution.
- Develop and execute the site strategy in alignment with the organization's overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP standards, ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001), and all applicable corporate, local, and international regulations.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously enhance an effective Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product quality and patient safety.
- Champion operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization programs.
- Lead regulatory audits, customer inspections, certification assessments, and management reviews within the integrated management system framework.
- Drive a proactive risk management culture by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, organizational, and external risks.
- Ensure strict adherence to the company's Code of Conduct, compliance requirements, ethical standards, and data protection policies.
- Identify and implement growth, capacity expansion, and efficiency improvement opportunities to maximize operational performance and leverage economies of scale.
- Serve as the primary representative of the site with regulatory authorities, customers, business partners, and other key external stakeholders.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, leadership development, safety, accountability, and sustainable business success.
