Position Overview:
The Site Head - Sales is responsible for driving sales performance, managing customer relationships, and ensuring revenue achievement for a designated project. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge and the ability to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve site revenue targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, and conversion ratios.
- Ensure pricing, offers and inventory management are aligned with corporate strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokerage networks.
- Drive high-ticket closures through strategic negotiations and relationship management.
- Develop strategies to enhance client experience and brand positioning in the luxury segment.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor and motivate the site sales team.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, negotiation and customer handling.
- Set KRAs and monitor performance of sales executives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure superior customer experience from inquiry to closure.
- Handle escalations and high-value client negotiations.
- Build long-term relationships with HNI/NRI clients.
Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Operational Excellence:
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM and operations teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Lead-to-conversion ratio improvement.
- Customer satisfaction scores (post-sales feedback).
- Attrition rate of sales team.
- Compliance adherence (RERA, documentation accuracy).
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management.
- 9-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving high-value closures (luxury or premium projects preferred).
- Strong negotiation leadership, and communication skills.
